Your commission starts with a quote request. Please fill in our contact form and be as specific as you can for the quickest quote, please send a full list of all models for the commission as well as whether you will supply the models to us yourself or would like us to purchase them in for you.
Please also include on the form if we are to assemble the models for you, what style of basing you would like and which level you would like the models painting, you can see our gallery for examples of the levels we offer.
After receiving your enquiry form, we will send you a quote detailing the costs for all of the services required. You can then let us know if you would like any amendments, such as the level of painting for individual units or perhaps freehand adding onto a hero model.
If you are happy to proceed we will then require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to secure your place with the studio. In addition, we do require the costs of any models you need us to acquire for you as well. Your quote will be vaild for 30 days, after this time if a deposit has not been paid you will need to request a new quote.
Once this has been paid your place will be secured in our queue and we will order any necessary models or materials for the project.
We will then send over a specification document for you to fill in, here you can be detailed about colours for individual units, perhaps colours for plasma guns or armour accents e.t.c. Anything you would like to be present, now is the time to let us know. These do need to be covered in the original quote however or an amendment to the quote will need to be made.

Once a deposit is received, the project will be assigned to an artist’s queue, and when they reach your project work will begin. You will then be kept up to date at each stage and we often post work in progress pictures to our social media pages. You can also contact us during this time if you would like an update.
Once everything is completed we will send you photos of the finished miniatures. If everything is to your satisfaction we will issue the final invoice to be paid. The outstanding amount is to be paid within 21 days of receiving your final invoice. We are happy to make minor changes if necessary, an example of this would be changing the colour of eye lenses or purity seals. Large changes, however, such as changing the trim of Space marine armour would incur additional charges.
After payment has been settled we will post the miniatures to you and send you proof of postage as well as a tracking number.
